In keeping with this month's theme (Treemendous) at Stamping Sensations, I thought I would just share a few photos I took yesterday and today.
Very cold and frosty but glorious sunshine yesterday, then a light dusting of snow overnight and mist this morning as in the final photo, which was actually taken through my lounge window!
I always love your photos Lynn, and I especially like tree silhouettes. They epitomise the one area of life in UK that I miss. Our bit of Spain doesn't have hardly any 'green' trees. We really appreciated them during our fortnight holiday in Ireland this year. It looks a bit chilly where you are though, and I don't miss the frost! Kate x
Wow Lynne, these photos are gorgeous. The last one through your lounge window is stunning although I have to admit the lounge window is where I'd want to be to see it, lol! I sympathise with Kate though and always think when coming in to land back in the UK after a holiday in Spain or similar location how 'green' everywhere looks over here (in summer of course). Perhaps its because green is my favourite colour.
While I'm here I mustn't forget to say the die I used on my Christmas hanger is from the Spellbinders Venetian Motifs set. It's gorgeous isn't it and there's also a lovely swirly flourish in the same set which is so useful and pretty.
Wow, Lynne! These are stunning! The last one is so atmospheric, and what I wouldn't give to have a view like that from my house! Great to see your tree again too x
And thanks for taking the time to visit. I hope you find something here to enjoy, be inspired by and (occasionally) even be amused by! I would be delighted if anyone thought my designs good enough to emulate, but I'd be a bit cross if they were copied and published by someone else as their own.
I love to read comments, and if you leave me one, I can come and visit you! Hope to see you again soon!
